THE NEED FOR LUMINA

Autistic adults in Australia face a 34% unemployment rate. Three times higher than people with disabilities and nearly nine times the national rate. Many career paths are out of reach for this marginalised group.

Thanks to Spectrum films and Netflix, the Lumina online program has the ability to change the lives of one of the most under-represented groups in the workforce and create a solid pathway for future VFX experts.
